Common questions
Before you begin.
Is this an assurance engagement?+
No. Readiness work helps management understand data, ownership and evidence considerations. Any assurance engagement is separate and subject to its own scope and acceptance.
Can the work start with one stakeholder request?+
Yes. A specific customer, lender or investor request is often the most practical starting point for deciding what information matters now.
Do we need to adopt a framework first?+
Not always. The initial work can map the request, the available evidence and the decisions needed before selecting or applying a framework.
